o Individual and team development with position-specific coaching
• Long life skills in perseverance, hard work, determination, commitment, sportsmanship, leadership and trust.
• Focus on 2 games a week (40 game schedule, plus playoffs), competing against older stronger faster opponents.
• Team video reviews; Hudl (Instat); Flo Hockey

Billets
It takes special people to open their homes and hearts to our players and we take the utmost care to ensure our players are placed in environments that are conducive to care, understanding and safety. The players are encouraged to maintain a structured schedule in order to balance hockey, school, fitness, and community involvement. The team has established rules for game day curfews that all of the players abide by in order for our team to be successful. For more on billeting visit our website at www.navshockey.com.
